- Answer That depends entirely on the fabric you are washing. When I have something that requires bleach, I use hot water in the cycle, and then add an extra rinse cycle.

QuestionHow does the "Vibration Reduction" work? Our previous washer contained side load springs that did a great job preventing unbalanced loads from vibrating. Prior to that, we had a washer without springs and vibrated violently when unbalanced.

QuestionCan this washer be programed from my I- phone. My IN_LAW programs his home thermostat from his I-Phone. If this washer can be programed with the phone , I'll get my In-Law to do all the washing. this way I will spend more time fishing, less time washing.

QuestionHow do I keep clothes from having pressed in wrinkles in delicate cycle? Manual says you can wash a silk blouse on this cycle but if you did you could never wear it again. What happens if you set spin cycle on 0? I am sorry I bought this machine.

- Answer Yes. What you are hearing is the drum bearing under load on only one of its sides instead of handling the load evenly across its entirety. Any washing machine will do this.

- Answer No, I don't know exactly what material it is but it seems be be very strong. It also looks like if you're rough with it it could scratch. I cover things I have like this with a layer of plastic wrap like Saran Wrap to protect.
