“I use powder soap and have been putting it in the tray dispenser......is the dispenser only for liquid soap? should I remove the tray and just sprinkle soap in with the clothes?”

Hello Eddie. If you are using powdered detergent you will need to remove the inside tray in the dispenser. We hope this helps!
