• A:Answer We dont have any problems with load balancing any bedding. We simply lay everything around the wash tub before we start and then the washer does some tests and readjusts the load a bit on its own. Has been working great for us!

Q: QuestionI just bought this machine and have a LOT of detergent left over from my previous machine, Tide HE pods. I was reading the requirement was HE, but this machine shouldn't use pods? Can I use these pods, maybe cut them open and use only the liquid?

• A:Answer We only had this machine a few weeks when we noticed it didn't seem to be agitating. A repairmen came and apparently the engagement lever wasn't engaging the transmission and was popping out. He popped it back again and within a few washes it was doing the same thing. He completely replaced the part and it worked for 4 months and now we noticed it wasn't agitating again and we checked and it is doing exactly the same thing. Very unhappy.
