• This will be mailed to whatever address you list in the order. It gives you a code, which then you must redeem at https://www.mcafee.com/activate. If you cannot turn on your phone, then you won't be able to install it to the phone. You need to be able to access the Internet to be able to download it. You will need to address the issue with your phone first. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
