• Yes, with the digital download, you receive a code in email within a couple of hours. Take that code to https://www.mcafee.com/activate to redeem it and begin the installation. When you have installed it, you will be protected for the next year. You will no longer need the download code - that is just to setup your account with McAfee or to extend a subscription if you already have one. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

• No I have not received a code after four follow ups with customer service and no refund as well
