“I've been using LiveSafe for years and now have the option to purchase Total Protection. Do I have to clear/delete my LiveSafe (fro my laptop, cell). first?..before I download Total Protection? Thanks”

• Hi there, you shouldn't have to uninstall your previous McAfee LiveSafe protection to install McAfee Total Protection. Simply go to your account and choose to "renew" your subscription. If you have any issues our team is available 24/7 by visiting service.mcafee.com.

• Most anti viruses dont play well with others. So usually you will have to delete the old anti virus to install the new one.
