“How do I record with the TV off ? Right now it will only record when the TVs on”

• This device doesn't know your TV exists. Maybe you are cutting off power to the box when you turn off the TV? Turn off the TV and see if the LED on the front of the box is on. If the LED is lit, the box should be ready to record.
