• Had the same problem with 120 GB ssd. Had to let dvr video recorder format the hard drive, and works great now. Had problems with different brand of them, But this SSD has no problem at all and stopped lack of sync with picture and voice. Hope this helps.

• i had similar problem with Ooma brand flash drive from Walmart I switched to 128 GB Scandisk brand flash drive works great If easy store gets its power from the USB it may not work unless it is powered separately box can handle flash drives and powered external hard drives with USB Western Digital (WD) may have a patch or update you can download from their website
