Hello. I am not sure that they will work with blue-tooth hearing aids but it has no problem hooking up with any Blue-Tooth things I have. I would guess that you should have no problem. The trick will be to pair your aids to this device. Generally speaking (This is a guess) you would turn on the MEE and then pair it with your aids. You may have to ask someone how to get your hearing aids into pairing mode. Once they are, you turn on the pairing mode on the unit. It will blink until it pairs. I hope that this helps.
