Yes! I wear Bluetooth hearing aids that are paired to this device. There is some lag time that seems to vary when powered up. Audio is a bit weaker than I would like but does work very well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't see why this wouldn't work with her hearing aids. There is no display to let you know that pairing has occurred save for a blue light that blinks when it is in pairing mode and solid when it has paired with a device.
