I used the optical cable and don't have a synchronization problem. I am also using a pass-through feed from an Apple TV receiver. A caveat may be that I have this installed on the latest smart tv (LG)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this connected to my Samsung (new from BestBuy) tv and Bluetooth to my Bose Mini. My tv programs route through my Apple TV. I get a delay, the tv has a delay adjustment, but doesn't fully correct. The Apple TV has a wireless sync and that fixed it. I haven't tried with a standard cable tv box.
