Yes, subject to availability of a signal from your TV. For example my TV soundbar uses the digital audio connection to the TV and the subject device that supplies a Bluetooth audio signal to wireless headphones uses a analog output from the TV headphone jack. This works well and has the advantage that when the TV audio is muted the headphone audio is still works.
