Yes, you can use this device to connect Bluetooth speakers to a Samsung TV that does not have Bluetooth! Simply plug this device into your TV's USB port (for power) and audio output (with a Samsung TV it's most likely the Digital Optical Audio Output), pair your Bluetooth speakers to this device, adjust your TV's audio settings in the menu if necessary, and you'll be good to go!
