Not easily for the router as there are no brackets in the back. You also need to be able to plug them into an electrical outlet

Yes as long as there is a plug in the ceiling. These plug directly into the outlet.

The small units must be placed in an outlet only. The main unit needs a direct connection to modem, plus power. The product works exceptionally well.
