I believe it will work. We have a 3 story town-home and recently installed an Eero system and it works great on all floors. We installed the main unit on the 3rd floor and one of the companion units on each of the other floors. Formerly, we had a Linksys 1600AC router and Linksys range extender and the coverage was terrible - constant pausing, etc. We were hesitant about the price of the Eero, but now wish we had pulled the trigger when we first read about the system over a year ago.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, Eero would cover that without any problem. My router is in the basement, in one corner. It reaches to the opposite corner of the second floor without any loss of coverage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to upgrade the router to handle that .. the eero is a great WiFi platform and it comes with extra remote channel blocks that plug in to outlets throughout the house .. you download the app on your ph and it shows you what devices and the strongest channel to link to .. but let’s say for instance you have the stock router that is supplied by Spectrum ..it’s on the lower end of the band width .. I recommend spending the extra money to upgrade to one that can handle 2gb or more and you can stream Netflix with six devices all running at once and never lag or load . Start up loads in 2-3 seconds for full movies or shows .. no lateness or lag on video games either .. I hope that helps ..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also purchased for my two story 3000+ square foot home and it works great. I put the main unit downstairs since my modem is located there and the other two beacons upstairs and my coverage is seamless! I have 100mbs service and am receiving 60+ WiFi speed throughout the house
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I doubt very much that this system will work well under the conditions you describe. Nevertheless, I would be surprised if it didn’t work significantly better than others you may have tried. I also understand that you can buy an additional Eero or two, place one on each level of your home and that it will be pretty effective. You should contact Eero support and ask them.
