This system would generally cover a 3700 sq ft house, but it depends on how your house is laid out . The system includes the base unit which you plug into your modem and 2 beacons that you can plug into wall outlets (preferably in an open area) anywhere in your house. I purchased this system and it covered my 5100 sq ft house adequately, but I ended up purchasing one additional beacon, due to the way my house is laid out and because I am adding an outdoor wireless security camera system and needed the extra strength for the security cameras.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It works for our 4200sqft home so it should be just fine for you. Depends on construction materials and layout though. It's so easy to setup, you can do it within a half hour, and if it's not working take it back.
