No, just basic Wi-fi will work.

Please try again later.You will need an internet service provider (ISP) that brings internet to your home, such as Spectrum, AT&T, Verizon, etc. A lot of ISPs provide a bundled "modem + router" device that offers both internet as well as wifi, though their routers generally aren't very good. The Eero system provides much better wifi throughout your home, but you still need an ISP to bring the internet into your home.

Please try again later.Yes you still need any Internet company provider like spectrum, Verizon, Comcast and so on. this device is just a device to help deliver Internet through out every corner or area of your house, think of it like this, when you buy a phone whether it’s a Samsung phone or an iPhone, you still need a phone company provider like Verizon or at&t because without them you’ll just have a device
