The device works as if you were using an Alexa stick. So it has several apps you can use on it. You link your Messenger and/or Whatsapp contacts to the device by logging in to your accounts and then make video or audio calls by clicking on your contact. The camera on the device zooms in our out to get the best video and has great speakers so you don't have to be too close to the device.
