• Yes, you can zoom in on the caller. In fact the Portal will do that for you.

• No. We can’t but device does auto zoom.

• No. Not manually but it often auto zooms for you on the person speaking if there is nobody else in the room or the other person doesn't talk or move for a while.

• Yes, as of August 2021 Portal supports Zoom
