You both have to reboot and make sure your phones are connected to it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try restarting both Portal devices. It happened to me too when I was trying to call my friend with Portal. If that doesn’t help, try relinking your accounts. If that too doesn’t help, try other suggestions/reach out for technical support.
