• Maybe, but it is not a function that is built into the device. You have to connect this to a dedicated HDMI port. Theoretically, if your TV had picture in picture ; you could display two video sources.

• Not really sure what you mean by watch TV. You can have a video call with someone on your tv and see that person know the tv.

• No, this will be on the source that the HDMI cable is plugged into on the TV such as HDMI 1, 2, 3 etc.

• Depends on your TV, if it has picture in picture you might be able to do it.
