Same here. Purchased 2 days ago in store and I am yet to receive email. My kids used their own christmas money. Now they can't even buy the games they wanted. No one seems to be able help.

Purchased two $50 virtual gift cards, never received the email how to get the code, nothing in the digital library and the manager in the store did nothing to help, said to call a cal center in India, they did nothing so now we’re out $100!! We are very angry!
