“When pulling the black tag out of the right touch controller, the small circle ripped, how can I get the rest of it out? Tips?”

The tags are only there so you do not have to open the case to 'activate' the battery. 1. Open your battery case. (teeny arrow shows you the direction to 'push' to open the case on the hand controllers.) 2. take your battery completely out. 3. throw away any parts of the black tag. 4. put your battery back in. 5. close the case 6. Voila, you are back in business! no harm!

Please try again later.This might be better to talk to oculus support about, but you should be able to open up the battery compartment of the controller and maybe use some tweezers or something similar that would not damage the controller in order to get it out. Also check youtube, might be more helpful info there.
