If purchased from best buy with the warranty the geek squad will usually replace damaged parts. If no warranty then you'll have to send it out to Meta for repairs
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you purchased the warranty thru Best Buy you can call them and they should be able to trade it out or refund you. I read reviews before I purchased and a lot of people said meta doesn’t help and are very rude when trying to get any thing fixed. You also my be able to call Best Buy and get more information on how to add a protection plan if you don’t have one or geek squad my be able to fix it
