“I don't want to use this headset to play games just to view travel videos. It's too crazy to travel now and I'm too old to go anyway. Can I just purchase the headset, what accessories would I need and any other suggestions? Looking to purchase ASAP.”

Just the basic headset is needed. You don't even need a computer, just wifi access. It has an internet browser.
