• You can play games and communicate together as you would normally. They cannot connect to eachother directly if thats what your asking.

• Yes I play pc vr all the time with my friend and he has a quest 2 while I use my 3. In the same room or not it will work.

• Depends on the game. They will both be compatible with playing in the same games, so playing any online game together should work. Offline games will be on a game by game basis.
