The quest 3 does not have a separate glass spacer. It has a built-in glass spacer which allows you to expand the space by pressing a button inside the headset and adjust the it to your desired mode.

Zenni has a partnership with Meta and will make prescription lenses you can actually snap on over the lenses on the Quest 3. So no need to wear normal glasses to play!!

Yes. The padding that sits on your face has 4 adjustments for glasses. You can adjust it on both sides. Even offset if you wanted one side to be a little closer than the other. This is build into the standard model and wont need any separate parts.

Supposedly this is built into the device now, there is an adjustment just inside the included spacer that allows it to be extended outwards more to accommodate glasses. I have seen people on the youtube demo's showcasing this as well as testing it with glasses on.
