Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say to contact Meta support and include a copy of your receipt. Right now I am trying to find out how to redeem that and the free copy of Asgard’s Wrath 2. There are no codes in the box for either. In the unit it shows only 30 days of Quest+ and checking the forums it shows plenty of people having the same issues.
