- Answer Yes, you can buy in store but beware. You risk getting nothing for the money you spent! I never received the instruction email to get the code and in-Store managers say they can’t help and to wait on hold for hours and call a call center in India. Best Buy support is horrible and they can’t help you.

- Answer Did you choose to get it by mail or a digital copy? If it’s digital you may want to check your order detail and make sure there was not a typo on the receiving email address. When you purchase a digital gift card you should receive it rather quickly. If it was digital, I would chat with a customer service agent to find out what’s going on. Hope this helps

- Answer I’m in the same situation. Purchased two $50 virtual gift cards, never received the email how to get the code, nothing in the digital library and the manager in the store did nothing to help, said to call a cal center in India, they did nothing so now we’re out $100!! We are very angry!
