Good question! We bought $100 and did not receive instructions how to use it, management in the store won’t do anything to help us and say to call a number to get it resolved. I was on the phone and chat with support for almost 4 hours trying to get help and no one knows what to do or how to help!! Best Buy stole $100 and there’s nothing we can do about it!!

if you have the meta quest app go in setting and it should have a card logo enter your code there
