“I am looking at installing a 6-channel Kicker amp in my '06 Silverado. Is this all that I will need to have 4-channels of speaker output and also add a rear under-seat 10" subwoofer? I likely will not use all 6 channel, but the amp seems to be top rated”

YES! to power the amp at least. The only thing you'll have to do is tap into your stock speaker wires to power from the amp to the speakers, or simply run new speaker wires from the amp to the speakers (better). Same for the sub.... This kit is for the AMP power... depending upon where the speakers are placed, you run from the amp to the speakers with speaker wire. This kit will work great for any Kicker Amps... (or any amp)
