I had to call and cancel (1-800-433-5778), but it was relatively straight forward, even though I had next to no info (given it was several years since I signed up).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to your 'Plans and subscriptions' section in your Best Buy account. Click on your M365 subscription. Then click the 'Cancel Subscription' button for Microsoft 365. It will bring up a sidebar that gives you the option to 'cancel auto-renew' or 'cancel the subscription'. Choose 'cancel auto-renewal'.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to go in to your Microsoft email account itself and cancel the auto renew. Or, they’ll send you an email a bit before they auto renew and you can cancel through there.
