• Hi, on the back of your Office 365 card, there should be an activation code. Its under that weird silver stuff you scratch off ( sort of like a lottery ticket has)--that activation code will get your Office365 questions going. By questions I mean your computer will ask you some info so the program can personalize it to specifically. But that code should get you going. Hope this helps.

• You should have received an product / activation code... with that you go online to activate. The seller does not activate it. Did you receive an activation card / with a number and instructions? If yes, follow directions... If not, go to the seller and ask for the product code / activation information.
