You must gain access to your Best Buy account from your expected unit (laptop, tablet), select your purchases and download from there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would call the store. I was able to download it but it was offering auto renewal for next year. I declined the auto renewal and then could download it. At least until it expires in 15 months.
