“If you purchase a computer and Office 365 download key, can you return both and also get a full refund on the office key? I installed Office 365 on the purchased computer at the same time, but want to return both.”

I don’t think you can get a refund on anything but the computer. Just like any other card you purchase it has to be unused for them to resale. Once you put it on the computer it became used.
