• You can install Office 365 Personal on multiple computers but you can only use it on one device at a time. If you want to be able to share your subscription with others you will need to purchase Office 365 Home.

• Your one year subscription to Office can be used on 5 separate devices. You will need the key code to do this on each device, so don't throw the packaging away with the key code on it.

• The key code is only valid for a ONE time application per 1 device. You would have to upgrade and purchase the "Home" version which I believe is up to 6 accounts, instead of the "Personal" which is just one.
