- Answer Go to your 'Plans and subscriptions' section in your Best Buy account. Click on your M365 subscription. Then click the 'Cancel Subscription' button for Microsoft 365. It will bring up a sidebar that gives you the option to 'cancel auto-renew' or 'cancel the subscription'. Choose 'cancel auto-renewal'.
