• I have an Xbox one controller with Insignia battery pack. I tested it and yes, the Xbox one battery pack works on my new series x controller and the USB-C charges it. So yes!

• Yes, the rechargeable battery that came with the Play & Charge Kit for Xbox One will work with a USB-C port if connected with a USB-C cable.
