“I have owned this laptop for exactly 14 months and all of a sudden it will not power on. I had it charging overnight and it will not turn on with the power cord connected or disconnected. Can someone please give me some ideas on what to try?”

Don’t Charge your laptop over night. Call their help desk they will walk you through what you got to do to fix it.
