Is Windows 10 able to install on more than 1 device? null

No, this version installs to a single PC and cannot be moved to a new PC (or to a new motherboard if you do your own upgrades). There is a Retail version that costs a bit more that can be transferred to a different PC, but you're still only allowed to have it on 1 machine at a time. Microsoft offers bulk licenses if you need to install on multiple machines (ie if you're a business or organization).
