• sure does. I have four computers with win 10 and have had no problems with wifi.

• working with WiFi is not a correct statement - WiFi would be a driver not this windows 10. Some drivers maybe harder to find for the network or Wifi card you have ....but the VAST majority of drivers are easily and auto installed. Whoever told you this must of been using a very old machine
