It should be fine, though it wont run very well. While you meet the minimum requirements to run Windows 10, it's only barely at the minimum.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your PC technically meets the requirements for Windows 10 (64 bit support depends on the processor, and your Core Duo is adequate). The problem is, HP has not made Windows 10 drivers available for your system. This means, if the upgrade works at all, you could find that your hardware no longer functions (sound, network port, tv tuner, etc). You might be able to replace some of the hardware and use up all of your USB and PCI slots, but frankly you're better off replacing your 8 year old PC if you're dead set on Windows 10.
