No it doesn't Microsoft sells office 365 for a small monthly fee for the apps, or you can go and use the web version of this apps on office.com completely free. They also sell stand alone copies of office and you can get them here on Bestbuy or the Microsoft store.

Hello, No, it does not. Microsoft Office Suite as a whole (Word, Excell, Power Point, Outlook etc...) is a different software that you need to also activate (purchase) separately from Windows 10. Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite is not the same software.
