Yes, this mouse works with a Mac / Macbook Pro.

No, it doesn't doesn't work with MacBook Pro...at least it doesn't work with mine! The nanousb is a standard-sized USB and it doesn't fit into the USB slots on my MacBook Pro, which are smaller c-ports.
