Ordered this product couple days ago. When the package arrived in a cardboard box. The elite series 2 controller box was un sealed and missing the Omni directional D pad and has the old style pad instead. Is this a last-minute change in production? null

Yeah, mine came that way too, i returned it. Now i see you can't even buy them. Looks like microsoft messed up.

Microsoft says it comes with the Omni-direction pad…Best Buy just changed their picture to the traditional cross-style to cover themselves. Disappointed at the bait-n-switch.
