• If you bought it on Best Buy and if you bought the extended 2 year warranty with it yes you would have 2 year warranty.

• Thru bestbuy ull get their protection plan. Microsoft will only cover for three months and will require a ton of red tape. Also will only replace once. Bestbuy seems tohave the best answer for getting around Microsoft B.S... very much worth cost for the piece of mind for sure

• You will get a Replacement warranty how ever all the Best Buy store do not carry this controller in store or we'll they order one ahead for the replacement.
