Yes, you can. I just used a 14-day free trial and I used this one right after, so 1 year and 14 days total.

The 1-year code from BestBuy should allow you to extend any existing game pass account. I used two off these codes, for example, to extend the life of my account by an additional two years before the auto-renewal kicks in.

Yes. I added it to mine just fine and it was extended. If you want to make certain, input the free 1 month trial code first then once you know that is active then enter the 12 month code.
