• Yes. I got an email confirmation of this code and am using that as back up in case my nephew trashes the printout on the receipt. On that note if buying as a gift purchase on a separate order as their register system (if buying in-store) will not print this on a gift receipt.

• Yes, however we recommend gifting the code to someone in the same country as where it's been purchased.

• You should be able to - but make sure no one else got them this offer or they didn't get it for themselves! You can only redeem one of these per xbox account and there are no refunds. You get an email sent to you that has instructions and the code. You could print out that email and give it to them (or just forward the email). Whichever xbox account redeems the code gets the subscription. It's not attached to any account until you redeem the code on xbox's website.
