Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You look to make sure the membership is active? Go to settings then account then subscriptions. If it says it is active/subscribed and you can't then call xbox and they will walk you through. If it does not say active I'm guessing the code wasn't entered correctly. Call xbox and they can fix that too.
