Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Xbox is wireless and won’t pull from the tv for internet. It will pull from your router, just like your tv does. Not sure about what you are asking with the rest of your question. But yes you can access/create your account(s) from Microsoft/Xbox live from this unit. Note you will have to supply an email to create an account, but not sure if you have to have a text capable phone. I used my phone to retrieve an account, but not sure if it was a must or just convenient. Hope this helps!
